The new miniaturised membrane pump O-run® is designed for medical engineering, the field of life science and for the industry. The modular pump concept allows seamless integration of the O-run® in a product.
Two product lines are currently available. The O-run® Si 100 micro-pumps for low flow rates, and the O-run® Si 200 for high flow rates. Together, they cover flow rates ranging from 0.05 ml to 100 ml / min (water). Both micro-pumps have a high back-pressure capacity of up to 500 mbar (water), are self-priming as well as gas bubble tolerant. The high delivery rates manage viscosities of up to 1000 mPas. So the O-run® product line can also be used to transport media such as e.g. glycerine.
O-run® micro-pumps can be produced cost-effectively in medium quantities already and are also suited for the use as disposable pumps.
