From concept to series-production readiness

With MICROrun®, you have decided on a new technology in miniaturised piezo membrane pumps. Our experiences specialists will support you actively and competently, starting from the product concept to the marketable implementation right up to series production. Comprehensive technical know-how and short development times gives you crucial advantages and a custom-made product.

Our goal is to provide transparency and safety during the life span of the project.

In the conceptual phase, we create a rough concept based on your specifications and try to establish if a feasibility study would be meaningful.

The feasibility study specifies the details of the concept and examines the costs. The result is a specification book with a functional model.

The functional specification document is developed during the development phase, it specifies and verifies the design.

The implementation phase validates the design and conducts a review. The design history file is now available and the pilot series starts. After the release of the pilot series, serial production ensues.

We will provide product support during market introduction.

Quality management is present in all phases as cross-sectional function. PARItec is ISO EN 13485 certified.
